"Preparing Douche
Slide the shut-off clamp onto the tubing. Slip the plain end of the tubing onto the bottom of the syringe bag. Slip the vaginal pipe into the other end of the tubing. Slide the vaginal pipe into the other end of the tubing. Slide the shut-off clamp towards the end of the tubing near the syringe bag and clamp shut. Fill the syringe bag 2/3 full of warm water. Add liquid or powder preparation (if desired). Hold the top of the bag shut and gently shake to mix. Suspend the bag about 3 feet above the vagina. Release shut off clamp to expel air in the tubing before inserting the vaginal pipe.
Douching Procedure
To Use in Shower: Stand with feet apart. Gently insert vaginal pipe into the vagina. Release the shut-off clamp to permit the solution to flow gently.
To Use in Bathtub: Recline in the tub, knees slightly bent apart. Gently insert vaginal pipe into the vagina. Release the shut-off clamp to permit the solution to flow gently.
To Use on Toilet: Lift one thigh while in a seated position. Gently insert vaginal pipe into the vagina. Release the shut-off clamp to permit the solution to flow gently.
Simple Enema Use
Slide the shut-off clamp onto the tubing. Slip the plain end of the tubing onto the bottom of the syringe bag. Slip the enema pipe onto the other end of the tubing. Slide the shut-off clamp towards the end of the tubing near the syringe bag and clamp shut. Fill the syringe bag 2/3 full with warm water and enema preparation (if desired). Apply lubricating jelly to the enema pipe. Suspend the bag about 3 feet about the hips. Release the clamp to expel air in the tubing before inserting the enema pipe.

To Use in Bathtub: Recline in the tub, knees drawn up. Gently insert the lubricated enema pipe into the rectum. Release the shut-off clamp to permit the solution to flow gently.
To Use on Toilet: Sit on toilet and lean forward slightly. Gently insert lubricated enema pipe into the rectum. Release the shut-off clamp to permit the solution to flow gently."
Care
Before storage, rinse bottle thoroughly with lukewarm water. Hang open bottle upside down to drain and air-dry. Store bottle flat in dark, cool, dry place. Do not place heavy or sharp objects on top of bottle.
